But it’s in the courtroom and at the negotiating table where Mr. Sico established a reputation as a hard nosed, creative lawyer who welcomes challenges and opportunities to fight for the rights of his clients.  Mr. Sico has won substantial verdicts in court, and obtained many substantial settlements for his clients.  

Mr. Sico is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers.  He is admitted in the State of New Jersey, the Federal Bar State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the Federal Bar State of New York in the Northern, Eastern and Southern districts.  

Mr. Sico is the recipient of several prestigious awards that include America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals and Strathmore’s Who’s Who of New Jersey Lawyers.  Mr. Sico was also named One of the Most Distinguished American’s of Italian Descent from the Italian Tribune in 2008.   

Mr. Sico is also a member of several organizations including the Middlesex County Bar Association for Pro Bono Representation, the National Police Defense Foundation for Pro Bono Representation, the National Campaign for Tolerance, CUNY Law School Alumni Association, the Congressional Business Advisory Counsel, the Woodbridge Chamber of Commerce and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Perrineville, New Jersey.  

Mr. Sico received his BA from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from CUNY Law School.  He was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife and their daughter and son.  In his community, Mr. Sico serves as an elected official to the Millstone Township Committee and also serves as a member of the Planning Board, Liaison to the Board of Education, Liaison to the Municipal Court, Liaison to the Environmental Committee and he’s a former member of the Board of Adjustment.  Mr. Sico is also a team sponsor of the Millstone-Roosevelt little league baseball team, The Rockies, where he is also an assistant coach.
