Amanda Benevento received her B.A., magna cum laude with College Honors, from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she double majored in Literature and International Studies.  Ms. Benevento later received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Benevento interned for the Honorable Thomas F. Scully, P.J.Cr., in Monmouth County and worked as a law clerk at litigation firm in North Brunswick.  Additionally, Ms. Benevento participated in Seton Hall’s Equal Justice Clinic where she represented legal permanent residents in a class action suit against the State of New Jersey.  Before joining the Law Office of Steven J. Sico & Associates, P.C., Ms. Benevento was a law clerk in the Appellate Section of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

Ms. Benevento is admitted in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York.  She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
